Job Description:

This 13-week contract in Lewes, Delaware offers 12-hour night shifts for experienced cardiac telemetry or progressive care unit (PCU) RNs. You'll be responsible for managing patients with cardiac drips and maintaining high acuity standards, often working in ratios that can range from 1:4 to 1:6 depending on patient needs. Flexibility to float to other units as needed is expected, and a strong background in cardiac care, along with current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications, is required. The role provides an engaging setting where you'll hone your skills in a fast-paced environment, all while enjoying the serene coastal surroundings.
