Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse for a unique travel healthcare opportunity in Wausau, Wisconsin. This 13-week contract is tailored for professionals ready to take on the dynamic demands of a Med Surg Intermediate Care unit with a focus on Stepdown and PCU experience. As a traveler, you will engage with a variety of patient cases, including those requiring ventilator and tracheostomy care, trauma, and complex medical conditions. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing high-quality care to a patient ratio of 4:1 while floating among inpatient units as required.

With a shift structure of 12-hour days, you’ll enjoy the thrill of a fast-paced environment while ensuring exceptional care delivery. Every other weekend and holiday commitment will promote work-life balance, offering ample time to explore your surroundings or unwind after a fulfilling day's work.
