Job Description:

Join a step-down nursing team where you'll care for general medicine and oncology step-down patients in a hospital setting that thrives in the evening hours. This role requires administering chemotherapy via IV, starting IV lines, and documenting under Epic. You'll work night shifts, providing essential care on a 12-hour schedule, and may be asked to float to other med-surg areas, including acute care and emergency departments. This assignment offers a balance of independence and support, with nurse-to-patient ratios typically ranging from 1:4 to 1:6.
