Job Description:

Join a dedicated medical surgical nursing team for a rewarding travel assignment in Battle Creek, MI. You'll work night shifts, providing essential bedside support in a fast-paced environment, floating to various Med Surg units as needed. This role involves caring for a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, cardiovascular, urological, and surgical patients such as those recovering from hysterectomies or mastectomies. Your experience and flexibility will be key as you collaborate with a mix of RNs, LPNs, and technicians, often supported by LPNs when patient ratios increase. The assignment offers 36 hours per week with a schedule of 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, and the opportunity to work every other week during orientation. It’s a chance to sharpen your skills in a hospital setting that values your adaptability and medical/surgical expertise while exploring the charm of Michigan.
