Job Description:

Join this vibrant emergency room team in Gouverneur, New York, for a rewarding travel healthcare contract as an ER Registered Nurse. You'll be working in a busy ER with an average of 26 patients daily, covering 7 rooms and 8 beds. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, including every other weekend. This role demands quick thinking and the ability to triage effectively, with all shifts staffed at a 1:4 ratio. You will need to bring at least 2 years of ER experience, along with ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications, and a valid state license. Scrubs in any color are acceptable, and first-time travelers are welcome to apply—local candidates outside the 50-mile radius are not eligible. This assignment offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in a community setting while sharpening your emergency nursing skills.
