Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a leading healthcare facility. This role involves leading patient assignments, conducting bundle audits, and participating in team huddles during 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Charge responsibilities will include making patient allocations, attending staff meetings, and ensuring safety protocols are upheld. Preference is given to candidates with CVICU experience and an active Indiana or Compact license. First-time travel nurses are welcome if they have at least two years of ICU experience. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to lead critical care in a demanding yet rewarding environment, where your leadership ensures optimal patient outcomes across ICU and Medical-Surgical units when required.
