Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in Case Management at a 107-bed Level 3 Trauma Center in Olympia, WA. In this role, you'll review inpatient adult cases across ICU, PCU, and MedSurg units, focusing on post-discharge planning and resource coordination. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to utilize your acute care case management expertise in a challenging yet rewarding environment, with a shift that runs 10 hours per day, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Expect an engaging schedule working with a supportive team including other RN case managers, social workers, and management. Your daily activities will involve assessing patient needs, coordinating discharge plans, and ensuring smooth transitions for a diverse adult inpatient population. The facility's modern EPIC electronic health record system will be your digital workspace, enabling efficient documentation and communication.
