Job Description:
This ICU RN role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical. You'll be caring for critically ill patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and interpreting EKG rhythms—especially lethal rhythms, as you'll need to pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with an 80% score overall and a perfect 100% on lethal rhythms. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule from 19:00 to 07:00, with every third weekend commitment, providing a balanced work and personal life. Float coverage is required, and candidates must have ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications, along with at least two years of experience. First-time travelers are welcomed to apply for this opportunity in Baltimore, where you'll get hands-on vital sign monitoring, patient assessment, and collaboration with a skilled healthcare team in the ICU setting.

The weather around this time tends to be mild and comfortable, with a pleasant mix of sunny days and cooler evenings. It's an ideal climate for exploring outdoor attractions and enjoying the fresh air without the extremes of winter cold or summer heat.
