Job Description:

Join us as a Pediatric MICU Registered Nurse for a contract assignment in Boston. This role involves providing specialized care to critically ill pediatric patients within a Level III/IV NICU setting. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule, with the option of selecting straight day or night shifts, and a larger commitment on weekends. The position requires ventilator management and inotropy experience, making it a perfect fit for RNs with at least two years of pediatric ICU expertise. Certification in BLS and PALS is mandatory. Prepare to float within the scope to units like CICU, MSICU, and NICU to meet facility needs. The hospital is a magnet designation facility with 485 beds, featuring state-of-the-art charting in EPIC, and offers convenient parking options, including free night shift parking.
