Job Description:

Join a rewarding ICU RN role at a hospital nestled in the scenic landscape of Elko, Nevada. This contract offers a 12-hour night shift that immerses you in adult and geriatric care, managing complex medical conditions like COPD, CHF, respiratory failure, and post-surgical recovery. You'll work in a small ICU with just seven beds, where patient ratios include 2:1 for high-acuity cases and 5:1 for overflow. Be prepared to utilize skills in telemetry, ventilator management, and electrolyte monitoring in a setting that values independence and focused expertise.
