Job Description:

Join us as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Lafayette, where you'll be embedded in a busy, fast-paced orthopedic and neurosurgery unit. This role offers 12-hour day shifts, either 3 or 4 days a week, giving you the opportunity to focus on procedures like total joint replacements, neuro surgeries, and trauma care. You’ll be managing a variety of conditions such as bone fractures, postoperative care, and medical diagnoses like pneumonia or COPD. If you enjoy interpreting dysrhythmias and handling pre/post neuro surgery cases, this assignment is perfect for you. Keep your skills sharp – this is a floating role requiring flexibility and adherence to holiday work schedules, with all needed certifications in hand.
