Job Description:

Join a 29-bed Stepdown/MedSurg unit in Morgantown, West Virginia, where you'll be part of a team caring for a diverse patient population with primarily medical diagnoses. This role involves managing both floor and step-down patients, with patient ratios of 3:1 on step-down and 6:1 on the floor, ensuring each patient receives attentive care. Experience with EPIC and titrating drips such as Heparin, insulin, and anti-hypertensives is required. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, providing excellent patient management while staying flexible for unit needs, including floating as required.
