Job Description:

Join us for this engaging RN role at Copley Hospital, located in the scenic town of Morristown, Vermont. As a Med Surg/Telemetry RN on day shifts, you will deliver age-specific, direct patient care to a diverse group of patients. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and coordinating with medical teams to ensure efficient, safe, and compassionate care. You'll also take on leadership duties by delegating tasks to other healthcare staff, all within the framework of hospital standards and federal regulations. Ensure your ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training are current before you start, with courses booked during orientation if needed.
