Join us as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in beautiful Kerrville, Texas, a delightful destination nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Your role will center around providing compassionate care to patients in a 12-hour night shift schedule, where you'll work alongside a supportive team dedicated to creating a collaborative environment. You’ll be tasked with managing patient care in collaboration with your peers on unit 2W, ensuring each patient's needs are met efficiently.

This assignment is unique, offering the chance to explore Kerrville’s charming surroundings during the day while engaging in meaningful work at night. You’ll have the opportunity to float to other units as needed, which will enhance your experience and allow you to meet a variety of needs. With a required commitment to work four out of eight weekend shifts in your four-week schedule, you’ll enjoy a balance of work and exploration.
