Job Description:

Join a 32-bed medical-surgical unit where you'll care for a diverse patient population spanning from young adults to seniors, many with chronic conditions like COPD, uncontrolled diabetes, or kidney failure, as well as those with acute issues such as pneumonia or stroke. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts in a supportive environment that sometimes requires floating within scope to cover surgical overflow. Expect a mix of medical patients and some inpatient hospice care, making each shift engaging and meaningful. The position offers an hourly pay bump as a charge nurse, along with the chance to experience the unique rhythm of an acute care setting in Carmel, Indiana.
