Job Description:

Join our dedicated Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool as a Registered Nurse and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young patients. You will have the opportunity to work in diverse pediatric units, including the CVPICU, NICU, and PICU, ensuring you are challenged and engaged each day. This role requires your expertise to deliver outstanding care across all pediatric units in a well-respected facility. You will enjoy a structured schedule of three 12-hour shifts, from 7 AM to 7:30 PM, allowing for work-life balance while also providing care every other weekend and participating in holiday rotations.

With a focus on teamwork and adaptability, you'll float within your scope to meet the dynamic needs of the facility while being part of a supportive environment. Your background in pediatric intensive care, ideally with experience in ECMO and CRRT, will be invaluable as you navigate critical situations. This position is ideal for those who have at least two years of Peds ICU experience, though first-timers with the requisite background are also welcome. As a traveler, you will face the unique charm that comes with working in the Charleston area while also being aware of the potential challenges posed by hurricane season from June to November.
