Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you at Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital, where you'll step into a vital role providing comprehensive psychiatric care across a variety of patient populations, including geriatrics, pediatrics, and adults. Working 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., you'll engage in the assessment, planning, and delivery of both direct and indirect patient care, collaborating closely with shift supervisors. The role offers a chance to develop tailored care plans, communicate clinical changes effectively, and participate in discharge planning—challenging work that keeps your skills sharp and your days fulfilling, albeit during overnight hours.
