Job Description:

This travel nursing role involves providing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and delivering skilled nursing interventions during 12-hour night shifts. You'll evaluate physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, review lab and diagnostic results, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will be pivotal in coordinating care, supervising other licensed nurses and staff, and updating documentation accurately and promptly.
