Job Description:

Join the team at Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital in Oklahoma City as a Lead Case Manager for inpatient rehabilitation. In this role, you'll coordinate discharge planning, facilitate family and team conferences, and assist with utilization review to ensure patients transition safely back home. This assignment offers a hands-on experience in a specialized setting where you’ll work closely with patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions.
