Job Description:

Join a specialized Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit as a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in York, PA. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing critical care for stroke, neurosurgery, and neurology patients, many of whom require interventions like ICP monitoring, IV and intra-arterial tPA administration, and mechanical thrombectomy. This assignment offers the opportunity to apply your neuroscience ICU expertise in a fast-paced environment while enjoying a schedule with weekends and holidays off, or with some rotation if you're flexible. Expect to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team caring for complex neurological conditions in a 10-bed ICU setting. The role involves high-level procedures such as craniotomies, embolizations, CRRT, and ventilator management, making it a perfect fit for experienced neuroscience ICU nurses looking to deepen their skills in a supportive environment.
