Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Albuquerque, where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to adult patients on a 32-bed unit during overnight shifts. This role involves rapid response team activation, managing nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:6, and charting with Epic. The position offers flexibility with 36 or 48-hour work weeks, with any hours exceeding 48 considered overtime. Recent experience, CPR (preferred), and BLS certification are required. The setting offers an opportunity to experience a lively and welcoming atmosphere while making a meaningful impact in patient recovery. First-time travelers are welcome, and no call duties are involved. Floating to similar units on weekends adds to the variety of your shift.
