Job Description:

Join Arkansas Children's Hospital as a travel nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), where you'll care for critically ill children facing respiratory distress, post-arrest recovery, trauma, and complex surgical needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes residents, fellows, and attending physicians, providing a dynamic and collaborative environment. Expect to float within the ICU cluster, including IMCU, Burn ICU, and NICU, bringing flexibility and variety to your shifts. Your responsibilities will include managing ventilators, administering medications via Pyxis, and ensuring each child's safety and comfort during their critical recovery. This assignment emphasizes hands-on patient management in a high-acuity setting, with a focus on pediatric-specific needs and interventions.
