Job Description:

Join our team as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse at Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College. This contract role involves providing specialized nursing care across a diverse patient population from neonates to geriatrics, utilizing your expertise in assessments, care planning, and emergency interventions. You'll be the key player in triaging patients, coordinating care, and managing emergencies—sometimes even during those unpredictable community events. The ideal candidate has EPIC computer charting experience and holds active Pennsylvania RN licensure, along with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications. This position offers 12-hour daytime shifts, giving you a chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment while enjoying a schedule designed for quality patient care and professional growth.
