Join our team as a Telemetry Nurse in West Burlington, Iowa, for a contract opportunity that combines clinical expertise with a little bit of detective work. You'll be responsible for self-studying telemetry strips upon acceptance, with a quick test-out during your first week—think of it as your first challenge to unlock the specialized skills needed on our telemetry and med-surg units. Your role involves assessing patients, planning care, implementing interventions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide top-tier care to geriatric, adult, and medical/surgical patients. The night shift runs 12 hours, offering a rhythm that suits night owls, and the workweek totals approximately 36 hours with potential overtime.
