Job Description:

Join our team as a Cardiac Telemetry/Step Down RN at a vibrant hospital in Wausau, WI. This 13-week contract offers you the chance to work in a fast-paced, 44-bed intermediate cardiac stepdown unit, where you'll manage patients recovering from procedures like CABG, valve surgeries, and vascular interventions. You'll be floating across inpatient units as needed, embracing a mix of high patient turnover and diverse cases. With a standard 12-hour night shift, your nights will be filled with meaningful work, including monitoring arrhythmias, administering IV drips like Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Nitro, and responding swiftly to patient needs. This role is perfect for experienced cardiac nurses seeking a dynamic environment with opportunities to showcase their resilience and independence.
