As part of this contract, you will be required to work 12-hour day shifts, immersing yourself in the dynamic challenges of a busy ER that treats approximately 165-175 patients daily. Your role will encompass performing assessments, administering medications, collaborating with a dedicated team, and utilizing systems like Epic for streamlined patient management. The flexibility to adapt and deliver exceptional care while navigating high-pressure situations will be pivotal to your success. Plus, your skills in BLS, ACLS, NIH, and PALS will be essential in ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
