Job Description:

Join our dynamic team in Rochester, New York, as a travel healthcare professional specializing in acute medical-surgical and telemetry care! You will be working nights in a fast-paced Med/Tele Complex Care unit with a total of 37 beds. Your shifts will be a delightful 12 hours from 7 PM to 7 AM, where you’ll experience the thrill of providing care during those vibrant midnight hours. Each week, you’ll provide care for patients while adapting to a variety of scenarios as you may need to float to other units based on the facility's needs.

In this role, you will be required to work at least one weekend shift each week or two weekend shifts every other weekend, and you will need to be flexible according to the schedule. A fulfilling journey awaits you as you collaborate with a dedicated team, all while ensuring your skills meet the demands of the role. Your expertise will be put to the test as you navigate through patient care with the EPIC charting system. Highland is ready to support your success with training opportunities if needed.
