Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU Registered Nurse, where every night brings an opportunity to make a difference in a critical care environment. This role is not just about monitoring vital signs but diving deep into the complexities of patient needs during pivotal moments. With a manageable 1:2 patient ratio in a 4-bed ICU, you will provide focused attention and care to patients experiencing multi-system organ failure and chronic/acute renal failure. Your expertise in cardiac and respiratory management, including the interpretation of dysrhythmias and ventilator care, will be crucial in saving lives.

You’ll enjoy working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, creating an ideal work-life balance, while also accommodating every other weekend. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses with a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience to bring their knowledge and skills to an engaging and supportive environment. You'll not only be joining a Magnet-designated critical access hospital, but you’ll also experience camaraderie among colleagues who share your passion for critical care nursing.
