Job Description:

Join a dedicated inpatient rehab team in Omaha, where you'll be caring for adults and geriatrics with conditions like stroke, SCI, amputee, brain injury, and neurological diseases such as MS and Parkinson's. This contract features 12-hour night shifts, offering an opportunity to work with a team committed to excellence and innovation. You will be responsible for managing a patient load with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio during nights, assisting charge nurses, and collaborating with nurse aides providing support at ratios of 1:10-15. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and teamwork—plus, a touch of compassion to meet the unique needs of each patient. Prior hands-on experience with titratable drips, such as antibiotics and anticoagulation, is not required. The position begins with classroom and shift orientation to prepare you for success in this specialized setting. Driving license is essential for compliance with the 50-mile radius rule, and artificial nails are prohibited for patient safety.
