Job Description:

Join our team as a Case Manager RN in Sandy Springs, Georgia, for an engaging 13-week contract where your expertise in utilization review, discharge planning, and patient care coordination will be crucial. This role involves working on-site with Kaiser leaders at Emory St. Joseph and Emory Decatur, supporting case files and ensuring smooth patient transitions.
