Job Description:

Join the team at Nebraska Medical Center as a Mammography Technologist, working at the main campus in Omaha. This 13-week contract offers a Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour daytime shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, giving you weekends free to explore the vibrant local scene. You'll perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, including stereotactic biopsies, needle localizations, and fine needle aspirations, utilizing state-of-the-art Hologic 3D machinery. The role involves detailed digital imaging and charting, with Epic experience preferred. This position is perfect for a tech with at least one year of mammography experience who is comfortable working with advanced equipment, and first-time travelers are welcome. Please note, Nebraska licensing is required and takes approximately 6-8 weeks to process. This assignment is an excellent opportunity to advance your skills while experiencing life in Omaha, a city rich with culture and history.
