Job Description:

This IMC Registered Nurse role involves supporting the opening of a new unit in a busy healthcare facility. You'll be essential in establishing a safe and efficient environment during the night shift, working 12-hour overnight shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. As one of only a few staff members, your hands-on expertise will help ensure the unit's smooth launch, contributing directly to patient safety and team coordination in a setting that emphasizes teamwork and precision. This assignment offers a hands-on opportunity to be part of a significant expansion, with the unique challenge of helping open a brand-new unit while maintaining high standards throughout the night hours.
