Job Description:

Join our team as a Cardiovascular Operating Room Surgical Technologist in Glendale, AZ, where you'll play a vital role in facilitating complex cardiac surgeries. This position involves preparing and handling surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment with precision and efficiency during high-pressure procedures such as cardiopulmonary bypass and vascular interventions. You'll scrub on at least two surgical specialties, providing vital support to surgeons while maintaining strict aseptic techniques. The role offers a hands-on experience in a fast-paced OR environment, with opportunities to train and mentor newer staff and students. Whether passing instruments or troubleshooting equipment, your expertise will directly impact the success of each surgery.
