Job Description:

Join our team as an inpatient wound care RN in Salem, Massachusetts! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing consults and overseeing the wound census across our 400-bed community hospital. With a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, you’ll enjoy a balanced work-life experience. This isn’t just any nursing position — it’s an opportunity to specialize in wound care and make a significant impact on your patients' recovery journeys. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of 2 to 3 wound RNs daily, ensuring each patient receives tailored care for complex wound needs.

Your day will involve performing wound staging, changing VAC dressings, managing new ostomies, and completing wound consults. This role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, two years of direct wound care experience, and, preferably, a W.O.C.N. certification.
