Job Description:

Join a vibrant team as an ER Registered Nurse in Duncan, Oklahoma, for an engaging contract opportunity. In this role, you'll support the emergency department during mid-shift hours, working 12-hour days from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with rotation support from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. as needed. This assignment offers a chance to experience the fast-paced environment of emergency medicine while leveraging your minimum two years of ER experience. You'll be part of a collaborative team functioning within patient ratios of 1:2-3, ensuring efficient care delivery while enjoying the variety that comes with floating within the scope of practice to meet facility needs. Certified in ACLS, PAL, and CPI, you will be adaptable to a block schedule and participate in every other weekend shifts, providing consistency and work-life balance.
