Job Description:

Join us for an exciting adventure as a Home Health Physical Therapist in West Plains, Missouri! In this engaging role, you will provide essential therapy and rehabilitation services to patients in their own homes. Your typical workday will see you actively involved in developing personalized treatment plans and implementing therapeutic exercises to enhance mobility and functional abilities.

Working Monday through Friday on a day shift, you will enjoy a balanced schedule of 5x8 hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. This unique contract opportunity spans 13 weeks, allowing you to make a real impact in your patients’ lives while enjoying the flexibility of the home health setting.

We’re looking for dedicated professionals with a minimum of 1 year of experience, holding a valid Missouri state license and BLS certification. You’ll be part of a caring community, bringing innovative therapy to clients while enjoying the freedom of a non-institutional environment—no need to float or cover weekends!
