Job Description:

Join a team that values skilled nursing in a fast-paced critical care setting. As a CVICU RN, you will be at the forefront of patient care, handling complex cardiac surgery cases, including CABG and valve surgeries. You will work 12-hour night shifts in a state-of-the-art ICU, ensuring meticulous care for patients transitioning from the operating room to intensive monitoring. With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1-2, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional, focused attention to each patient while collaborating within a dedicated team. This role requires proficient skills with Swans and IABPs, and the ability to float to step-down and medical-surgical units as needed. The emphasis is on skilled nursing—make a real difference in patients’ lives at a facility that appreciates your expertise!
