Job Description:

Join our dedicated team in Albany, New York, where your skills will shine in the Progressive Critical Care Unit. You will work 12-hour night shifts, immersing yourself in an environment where you care for some of the most medically delicate patients. Your focus will be on advanced hemodynamic monitoring and the administration of critical care medications, including antihypertensive and sedative drips.

As part of your role, you will utilize your Epic experience while adhering to the required navy blue scrubs dress code. You will encounter a variety of complex cases, such as respiratory failure and multi-system organ dysfunction, with an average patient load of three high acuity individuals. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses with large-scale adult PCU experience and community hospital ICU backgrounds.

Prepare to showcase your competencies through a required test within 24 hours of your submission. The role promises to be both rewarding and challenging, ensuring that each shift you complete makes a significant impact on patient outcomes.
