Job Description:
This ICU float RN position involves providing specialized care across several high-acuity units, including HICU, BHU, and LTC Vent units in Baltimore. You will be managing stable but critically ill patients requiring close monitoring, telemetry, ventilator support, and complex medical interventions. Your role will include adjusting care plans, responding swiftly to rapid condition changes, and handling advanced equipment such as G-tubes, PICC lines, chest tubes, and tracheostomies. Every shift offers a chance to experience a variety of cases, from post-cardiac arrest to respiratory failure, in a setting that values adaptability and clinical expertise. It’s a unique opportunity to work in a multi-level care environment that combines acute rehab, neurological support, and long-term respiratory care with a professional team.
