Job Description:

Join IU Health in Indianapolis for a focused assignment on a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) specializing in cardiovascular patient monitoring. In this role, you will be responsible for caring for patients recovering from procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, LVAD placements, and pre-transplant evaluations. Your day will involve managing cardiac drips, IV starts, sheath pulls, and possibly assisting with conscious sedation under supervision. This assignment gives you a chance to work alongside teaching staff and mentor students, blending hands-on patient care with educational opportunities. The work schedule is day shifts, providing a consistent routine, with some weekend flexibility as you support the unit's evolving needs.

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Shift: 12-hour days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
