Job Description:

Step into a rewarding role as a PCU Registered Nurse on a night shift, working 12-hour overnight shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. This contract offers the opportunity to provide specialized care in a state-of-the-art unit that requires EPIC experience and a minimum of one year of relevant clinical background. Be prepared for on-the-fly float assignments to different units across multiple locations, including Cape Canaveral, Holmes Regional, Palm Bay, or Viera, adding variety and flexibility to your workday. While guaranteed hours are part of the contract, scheduling may vary due to unit needs, and you'll need to hold a Florida or compact license to be eligible. This role emphasizes teamwork with a typical ratio of 1:5 and requires current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. Flu vaccination is mandatory between late October and early April, with medical or religious exemptions permitted. The assignment is perfect for seasoned nurses looking for a dynamic environment with occasional floating and weekend shifts every other week or six weekend shifts over six weeks.
