Job Description:

This behavioral health role places you in the heart of Hickory, North Carolina, working a 12-hour night shift at Frye Regional Medical Center. You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing specialized care to adult patients struggling with conditions like schizophrenia, dementia, bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety. Your work will primarily focus on managing medication, supervising patients, and supporting their mental health needs within a five-unit inpatient setting. Expect a hands-on position where your expertise in handling challenging behaviors and your ability to stay calm under pressure will shine. Plus, you might find yourself practicing “Handle with Care” techniques, if certified, to ensure safety and dignity for everyone involved.
