Job Description:

Join San Juan Regional Medical Center in beautiful Farmington, New Mexico, for a rewarding night shift opportunity as an RN in the Surgical Inpatient Unit. This 13-week contract offers a chance to work on a Level III trauma center that regularly receives complex trauma cases flown in from neighboring states. You will care for adult patients recovering from orthopedic, neuro, and abdominal surgeries, managing issues such as respiratory problems, pain, sepsis, and altered mental states. The role involves post-operative patient care, including monitoring NG and chest tubes, Foley catheters, and performing assessments to ensure smooth recoveries. While the setting is busy, you'll be part of a competent team committed to delivering quality care, all while enjoying the unique culture and scenic landscapes of the Four Corners region. This assignment provides an engaging experience in a facility recognized for its beauty and advanced services, with a focus on teamwork and patient-centered care.
