Job Description:

As a member of our dedicated and multidisciplinary team at LewisGale Medical Center, you will not only help patients achieve functional independence but also engage in a variety of enriching activities that make every shift exciting. You will enjoy the thrill of applying your Med/Surg or PCU expertise while honing your skills in various rehabilitation practices.

As a traveler, you will work night shifts in a bustling unit with a capacity of 35 beds. Embrace the challenge as you collaborate closely with nursing staff, physical therapists, and other specialists, all aligned to facilitate each patient's recovery journey. Your commitment will be greeted with a warm team atmosphere, where sharing insights and strategies is part of the daily routine. Here, every night is a new adventure as you contribute to meaningful patient outcomes while enjoying the unique nuances of rehabilitation therapy.

With shifts structured around 12 hours, you will be completing 36 hours each week, providing ample opportunity to balance work and leisure. This assignment allows you to engage directly with patients during treatments such as medication administration, bladder scans, and more, ensuring that you make a tangible difference in their rehabilitation experience.
