Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry care at a prominent tertiary care hospital in Rochester, NY. In this role, you'll work within a 26-bed unit that primarily cares for patients with CHF, acute MI, post-device (pacemaker) care, and arrhythmias. Your main responsibilities will include managing a patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:7, interpreting dysrhythmias, administering IV therapy, and utilizing Epic charting systems. Expect a mix of day and night shifts, rotating every 12 hours, providing a diverse and engaging nursing experience. Floating to other units may be required, so flexibility is key.
