Job Description:

This ICU contract in Rhinelander offers a chance to step into a fast-paced environment where you'll manage critical patients during 12-hour night shifts. You'll work in a setting with a 1:2 patient ratio, utilizing your expertise in Epic charting and demonstrating your ability to handle occasional pediatric surgical cases, including ENT or orthopedic procedures. The role includes floating to similar units within your skillset across Aspirus locations and may involve working every other weekend and holiday, so flexibility is key. This assignment combines the intensity of critical care with the opportunity for varied experiences in a rural setting, making each shift both challenging and rewarding.
