Job Description:

Join a specialized team as a PCU Registered Nurse in Roanoke, Virginia, where you'll be managing adult and geriatric patients with pulmonary and renal overflow conditions, including some on chronic ventilators. This role features 12-hour day shifts (6:45 am to 7:15 pm), offering a unique opportunity to experience a hospital setting that emphasizes independence and clinical expertise. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include cardiac monitoring and managing dysrhythmias, administering IV therapies and blood products, and caring for ventilated patients with respiratory support devices. The unit's focus on patient safety involves rapid response participation, remote telemetry, and floating within your skillset, ensuring you stay engaged and challenged throughout your contract.
