Job Description:

Join a surgical step-down unit specializing in post-op cardiac and vascular surgery patients. As a traveler in this role, you'll be caring for patients from immediate post-op recovery to those several hours out from procedures like carotid endarterectomy, femoral endarterectomy, or AAA repairs. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cardiac telemetry monitoring, ensuring patients' stability as they transition from ICU to regular care. The shift is a structured 36-hour week with three 12-hour days, giving you a balanced schedule. This assignment provides a unique chance to hone your skills in a specialized cardiac setting while experiencing a vibrant city with plenty to explore.
