Job Description:

Join a specialized ICU team as an IMC Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Charlotte, NC. You’ll provide critical care for patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory distress, heart failure, and stroke, using advanced equipment like Bipap, Cpap, and Optiflow. The role demands recent ICU experience, including IV starts, telemetry, cardiac drips titration, and rapid response team activation. This position is night-shift only, with 12-hour overnight hours from 18:45 to 07:15. The unit operates with a 1:4 nurse-patient ratio and requires float coverage to Med Surg as needed. No RTO is allowed after booking, so flexibility for full commitment is essential. Be ready to pass EKG testing before your start.
