Job Description:

Join a specialized ICU team on night shifts where your clinical judgment and experience will be essential in caring for critically ill patients. This role involves managing complex cases such as ARDS, MODS, cardiac emergencies, and renal failures, often requiring independent decision-making and precise coordination with the healthcare team. You'll be utilizing systems like EPIC and Pyxis daily, and your focus will be on providing high-quality, evidence-based care to patients during the night hours, ensuring smooth shifts and positive outcomes.
